The Drop: June

This past month has proved to be an exhilarating season for the youth basketball tournament circuit! Kicking off with five events spread across San Diego, SoCal, NorCal, and Seattle, there was bound to be lots of movement in the rankings this past month. 


Here are the teams that are trending up:

The entire Seattle Rotary Blue and Black teams had a successful run at the Evergreen Invitational and Big Showdown in San Diego:

o   Seattle Rotary 11U won San Diego and is now sitting at #4.

o   Seattle Rotary 9U went 4-0 in Seattle and is now sitting at #16.  

o   #6 Seattle Rotary 10U battled #7 World Class Elite for a big championship victory at the Evergreen Invitational.

o   The 11U-13U Seattle Rotary teams mixed it up by playing up one division and the Seattle Rotary 14U Black team made it to the Championship before losing to #5 PDX Ballers.

·       Vegas Elite 9U and 12U both took home championships at the G365 Spring Hoopfest and both are now sitting at #4 in their age group.

·       G365 Kicked off its first ever National event in NorCal with over 130 teams in attendance.  The event hosted some of the top teams (#1 Lakeshow Elite 11U, #12 Payton’s Place 14U, #2 360 Basketball 11U and #7 12U 360 Basketball from Southern California).

The Summer Rankings will culminate at the upcoming 10th Anniversary of G365 Finals Event on June 24-25but not before stops in Arizona, NorCal and Anaheim.
