Undefeated teams and record-breaking highlights this summer at the Finals

The Finals was a true example of elite youth basketball competition across Orange County, California. Teams from all over the world came to the OC to play the best in the business; places such as Nevada, Canada, Arizona, NorCal, Washington, Texas, Oregon, and Hawaii. The Finals created an intense atmosphere as these players knew the importance of a Grassroots365 signature event. From buzzer-beaters that echoed through the packed facility, to standout performances that defined players seasons…every game was a testament to the passion and skill of these young athletes. However, with all the talent in elite youth basketball, there can only be one champion.

GOLD DIVISION FINALS CHAMPIONS



9U Young Dons

The Young Dons displayed an impressive run to victory, culminating in their championship title with a stellar record of 3-1. Their cohesive teamwork, strategic play and unwavering determination were key factors to their success. Led by Kaijin Nelson who dropped double digit points in every game leading them to a Finals victory.


10U 94feetofgame

94feetofgame dominated their competition en route to a perfect record of 6-0 and claiming the right to be called champions. Their relentless defense, precision offense, and consistent execution were evident throughout every game. Led by exceptional leadership and standout performances from all teammates showing excellence and solidifying their status as deserving champions.


11U VEBC 5 Blue

VEBC 5 Blue showcased their resilience and skill on their way to a championship victory with a commendable record of 5-1. VEBC were very strong rebounding team with getting every board in sight which led to second chance points to expand their lead in games. Also, their ability to steal the ball was a key factor in their success as they would play high pressure defense leading to steals and easy fast breaks.


12U Super Elite Basketball Select

Super Elite Basketball select had an elite performance at The Finals going undefeated taking the title of champions. A top performer for the squad was Tyson Aycox as he put up major points in the tournament with 11 or more points in 4 out of the 6 games they played. SEB worked as one cohesive unit as their ability to score and steal was the perfect combo for success.


13U VEBC 7 Blue

VEBC 7 Blue delivered a flawless performance, securing the championship with an undefeated record of 3-0. Their dominance on both ends of the court, coupled with strong attack defense, and strategic offense separated them from the rest of the division. Led by great coaching and elite performances from the team, especially when it mattered the most.


14U 99OVR

99OVR is the definition of a complete team, whether it was scoring, assist, or rebounding 99OVR was cooking in all categories. 99OVR had a perfect record of 6-0 as they rose through the competition making their way to the top of the 14U as Finals Champions. Their ability to block shots was very impressive as they put up a total of 23 blocks in the tournament.


15U Frosh/Soph Titanium Hoops

Titanium Hoops were up for the challenge at The Finals as they played up in 15U division and did not disappoint. Titanium Hoops went 4-1 in the tournament being crowned champions as their elite offense could not be stopped. Pourya Lahouti was a stand out performer for the team, as he put up 81 points combined at The Finals leading the charge to victory.


16U JV Las Vegas Prolific Black

Las Vegas Prolific Black went 4-0 at The Finals fighting their way to the top of the mountain and being crowned champions. Chris Littles led the charge for Las Vegas Prolific as he dropped more than 12 points in each game, with a double double to go with it. The team had a strong rebound performance with 19 or more rebounds in every game.


17U Varsity St. Francis

St. Francis had an impressive performance at The Finals going 4-1 and using their abilities to fight their way through adversity to become champions. St. Francis was pouring it in the paint as they dominated the inside getting everything to go. Also their elite rebounding ability is what really turned the tide for the squad and created major separation to get them their Championship ring.
