2024 AZ Storm Playing at National Level

Phoenix, AZ – OGP’s final Arizona event of 2018 gave us one last opportunity to watch some of Arizona’s best teams compete for a G365 ranking. This event has also allowed us to check in on the individual talent that deserves to compete at the upcoming EBC Arizona camp this January.

Here are some teams and players that received honorable mentions:

  • Currently fourth on the G365 rankings, 2024 AZ Storm played up a division and still won the 14U category over several teams including the Southwest region’s sixth place team Divinity and BE Elite team who stand at ninth place. This team will not only compete for the G365 top spot on the ranking list but will also battle for the top ranking at the National level. Earning an honorable mention for this team is their MVP, Braeden Speed.
  • 2024 Divinity solidified their spot in the G365 top 25 rankings list by winning the championship over a fierce competition of seven strong teams. Earning an honorable mention for this team is their MVP, Nasir Davis.
  • The AZ Monstarz 11U team entered as the top ranked team in the Southwest region and will end the year the same way. One of the main goals for this team is to ultimately reserve a top five spot on the G365 rankings list as the season progresses. Earning an honorable mention for this team is their MVP, Grant Mattingly.
